Cambodia, along the Mekong - Buddist monks invited us to stay on their compound one evening. We asked them, "Where should we set up our tents?" To our surprise, they pointed to their open air prayer/meeting hall. I assumed they were pointing to a building behind the meeting hall, but after asking 3 times and them walking us to the building there was no mistake: We were invited to sleep in their main building. One of our more unique "camp sites."
