Türkiye, İstanbul - With both Köprülü sisters (our first İstanbul hosts), L-R Asli & Bilge, and Jhonn Muggins - Bilge's boyfriend up front. We met Asli in a small Calcutta restaurant back in March, when we were still uncertain if we would make it to Europe. Asli not only told us about Air Arabia's cheap flight to İstanbul but she also invited us to stay with her when we arrived. Both Asli and Bilge were EXTREMELY helpful and gave us a warmer welcome than we ever could have imagined. THANK YOU!!! Asli and Bilge both have backgrounds in clothing design, Asli having worked for Gap and Bilge now has her own brand of shoes.
