China, Pingxiang border town. This young fellow traveler, 28, befriended me one evening at a Vietnamese street stall. After chatting there, he invited for a beer at a nearby bar. He also enjoys traveling and has taken his motorcycle through Tibet, Yunan, and much of western China. His ideas and laid-back attitude make him unique from most Chinese. He currently works at a gold mine, but travels every year between contracts as much as he can.
