India, W.Bengal, Darjeeling - With "Roger" Swaraj Kumar Banerjee, head of the Makaibari Tea Estates, who warmly welcomed us into his office for a complementary cup of excellent Darjeeling tea and conversation about life, adventures traveling, and organic farming. We toured his tea factory, working since 1859, and enjoyed our ride down through his ecologically mixed tea fields and forest back to the low lands. Thanks Roger!
