Kanika Kaul, a new friend, who is the Tamil Nadu state rep for the Hunger Project. She has worked closely with grassroots level NGO's, giving them advisory and monetary support through her organization to support Panchayat (village government) education, strengthening through a network of youth groups, NGOs, federations and government schemes on hand to help them access the means to achieve village needs.
