Serbia - The farmer on the right struck up a conversation with us as we ate lunch by this small river ferry crossing which the man on the left operated. The farmer spoke to me in German. The ferry boat operator is a Gypsy (Roma ethnic group) who said his ancestors came to Serbia from the Punjab in India. Drew long hypothesized that Gypsies were from Rajistan, India...close to the Punjab.
