In Budapest we stayed with Anna, a lovely woman who opened her apartment to us. Her boyfriend, Daniel, plays drums in three rock bands. The night before we left, two of his bands played a club. Anna put us on the guest list and we were able to enjoy a night of punk rock for free. Here's Daniel wailing in the first band. They played punked-up surfer rock.
