Türkiye, Edirne - Selimiye Mosque-in many ways the European border of the Islamic world- with our young friend, Ecem, 14yrs old, who we first met on the road to Edirne when she and her father stopped after seeing us so she could meet us. She is a very out-going young woman with excellent English, and she has dreams of going to Harvard to study Medicine. She was an excellent tour guide of her home after we arrived in Edirne.
