Germany, Bavaria, Rothenburg ob der Taube - With Jen and Jonathan, from Brooklyn Center and Edina, who came up to talk with Peter while he was watching the bikes. We met alot of Americans, especially alot of Minnesotans in Rothenburg (Good Job Minnesotans, getting out there in the world to see what the heck is going on out there!) They are quality people, currently working in Morocco with the Clinton Foundation on AIDS. Amazingly (its a small world) they are friends with a woman named April, who was a member for the first half of another Musical Bicycle "Circus" who biked the other way - Germany to China - whom Peter randomly met in Beijing while biking home from Chaoyang around Oct 1 2006. Though Peter didn't meet April because she was already home, her 3 male collegues are one of the main world bicycle groups to inspire Peter to bring instruments on a bike trip and to suggest this trip in the first place. Jon and his dad are also big bicyclists in Minneapolis and invited Peter to bike with them when they both find themselves back home again.
