For those in Minneapolis
Late notice but for anyone interested but there is a Minneapolis native performing at the Fitzgerald Theater this Saturday May 31st who previously did a cross-Europe bike trip with his accordion.

I heard a show he had done a year or two ago replayed on the radio last weekend… it was excellent. The combination of stories and music would be a great way for FBR to bring the experience back to us fans.

I ditto that also. I can schedule you at the pine creek cafe this winter… then you all can go camping in the park in the snow…… N

I have observed that over the course of creating a relationship with real estate owners, you’ll be able to get them to understand that, in each and every real estate exchange, a commission rate is paid. In the long run, FSBO sellers never “save” the commission rate. Rather, they struggle to earn the commission by means of doing an agent’s job. In the process, they shell out their money and also time to perform, as best they might, the responsibilities of an broker. Those tasks include uncovering the home by marketing, delivering the home to all buyers, developing a sense of buyer emergency in order to make prompt an offer, preparing home inspections, dealing with qualification check ups with the loan company, supervising fixes, and assisting the closing.
